As the lease on our present offices will expire shortly, I have decided to join forces with ip21 Limited, who are a fast growing company, providing patent, trade mark and registered design services from offices in London and Norwich.

The managing director of ip21 is William Jones, a Chartered Patent Agent and Registered Trade Mark Agent who, like myself, has more than 30 years’ experience in intellectual property and is supported by an experienced team, in both the London and Norwich offices. I feel that ip21 have a similar approach to KINGS in providing cost effective services based on personal relationships with small and medium sized businesses.

The immediate effect will be that the two practices will combine under the company name ip21. The central formalities and accounts are based at the Norwich office but I shall continue my personal professional relationship with you, alongside Matthew Dixon CPA, at the London office. I can be contacted by telephone, fax or e-mail there. However, we have modern inter-office communications in place so please be assured that anything for my attention would reach me immediately whichever address is used.

ip21 will be in a position to offer you more wide ranging services, if required, in terms of licensing, assignments, copyright and other fields within the scope of intellectual property protection. I will be in touch with you again in the near future to discuss the future management of your cases and to tell you more about ip21.
